For the fourth consecutive year, Proctors will present free, live outdoor entertainment. The “Rock It in The Circle” concerts will coincide with Art Night Schenectady during June, July, August, & September, on the third Friday of each month, beginning at 5:00 PM, directly across from Proctors.
Philip Morris, CEO of Proctors, said, “We want to continue to take advantage of the newly renovated State Street and outdoor space across from Proctors by bringing in live music. We want to invite everyone to come to downtown Schenectady, relax, enjoy the music and refreshments and see how we’re changing.”

Loose Cannon Live! has the biggest sound of any Country Rock band in the Northeast. Known as “The Ultimate Country Rock n Roll Weapon,” LCL incorporates a three-piece horn section along with two guitars, a solid rhythm section of bass, drums and keyboards, male and female vocals, 4-part harmony, fiddle and pedal steel guitar.
Loose Cannon Live! covers all of the hits from today by Kenny Chesney, Leann Rimes, Toby Keith, Sugarland, Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood, Big and Rich, and more! They also perform the classics by Johnny Cash, and Hank Williams Jr. as well as Southern Rock tunes from Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZ Top and the list goes on!
